We believe that a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace where everyone feels equally valued provides a more rewarding work environment for our colleagues. This starts at the top, with our most senior leaders having diversity and inclusion goals, individually as part of their annual performance goals, as well as for their teams. Our global focus on diversity has grown exponentially. We have strong foundations in place, embedded diversity and inclusion (D&I) goals across the business, and encourage connection and community through our many employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
